Rouchelli is not a booking platform. We are a team of passionate individuals who have spent years building relationships with the families, architects, and custodians behind Italy's finest private residences.
We visit every property ourselves. We know the best morning light in each room, which terrace catches the evening breeze, and which local restaurant the owner would actually recommend. That knowledge cannot be digitised — and it is precisely what we bring to every enquiry.
Our collection is deliberately small and rigorously curated. We would rather represent fifty extraordinary villas than five hundred ordinary ones.

Rouchelli founded in Florence with 12 hand-selected villas across Tuscany.
2016
Expanded to the Amalfi Coast and Sicily. Launched our private concierge division.
2018
Named one of the top 10 luxury villa specialists in Europe by Condé Nast Traveller.

Launched the Rouchelli Owner Partnership Programme for exclusive villa management.

Born in Florence, Alessandro spent twenty years curating private estates across Tuscany before founding Rouchelli. His philosophy is simple: every villa should tell a story, and every stay should feel like a homecoming.

With a background in luxury hospitality at the Aman group and Belmond, Isabelle ensures that every detail of your stay exceeds expectation. She personally oversees the onboarding of each new villa in the collection.

A former chef trained in three Michelin-starred kitchens, Marco brings extraordinary attention to the craft of Italian living. He leads our network of local specialists and artisan suppliers.
